Pack 10 has been working diligently with Pack 105 to create an awesome Pinewood Derby event again this year.  This year’s event will be very similar in format, however will have some very specific scheduling details that we need to follow to make this all work, to “Do our best” to maintain social distancing.  The following schedule and rules may change slightly, however it is very close to what we expect based on the facility and the numbers of racers participating.

 Bring your tired Halloween pumpkins or others laying around the yard to White’s Farm Market where Troop 105 will have their catapult on standby to launch them into oblivion! No pumpkins? Don’t worry, there will be some onsite! Rumor has it there will also be cider and donuts to keep us all fueled. Dress for the weather and don’t forget your pandemic masks! Location: White’s Farm Market 2180 Rt. 64 1-3 pm.

Troop 10 will be meeting at the Scout House this Monday (September 14th) at 7pm. Scouts will be separating into new patrols. Each patrol will make a patrol name, yell, and flag. After the patrols are situated we will be preparing the patrol boxes and making sure they are all complete and clean. After that we will be doing team building games for the rest of the evening. Please fill out the attached permission slip and bring it with you to the meeting (BOTH SCOUTS AND ADULTS).
